Obituary of James Branham

James Branham, Jr., 86, widower of Annie Green Branham, passed away on Friday, August 29, 2014 at National HealthCare of Garden City. Born on September 12, 1927, in Camden, he was a son of the late James Branham, Sr. and the late Iva Cook Branham. Mr. Branham attended Saints Delight Pentecostal Holiness Church and enjoyed eating fried chicken and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include two children, Jeanne Richardson (Robert) and Iva Thomas all of Andrews; six grandchildren, Robert Richardson, II of Georgetown, Derrick Richardson of Travelers Rest, Tammy Wildes of Georgetown, R.E. Richardson of Andrews, Christopher Thomas of Andrews and Cyle Thomas of Andrews; seven great grandchildren, Matt Richardson, Katherine Richardson, R.J. Richardson, Robbie Richardson, Garrett Richardson, Eric Richardson and Wyatt McClellan; two sisters, Betty Thompson and Annie Young both of Camden; and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a son, Arthur Branham; two brothers, H.B. Branham and Buddy Branham; and two sisters, Katie Boone and Viola Moats. Funeral Services will be held at 3 PM Monday, September 1, 2014 at Saints Delight Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Geraldine Bednego and Rev. Chris Browder officiating. Burial will follow in Sand Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
